My own blog: it was about time!

To warm up, my first post will be to celebrate the new Winter Collection. Luxurious, understated and bold, WOODS is the name in honor of a long desired Autumn.

The palette goes from a deep midnight blue, to a rich chocolate brown through some playful tones of smoky and clear quartz, ash pearls. A new favorite discover, spider web agate (surprisingly appropriate for a chic Halloween) subtly blends within. With a touch of poison ivy green and burnt garnet, you could bring the whole collection on a weekend’s gateway on the chalet. Hence the inspiration: the picture of my grandparents recently married at the beginning of Fall 1942 ready for a honeymooney regenerating walk in the woods.

Elements are fabulously and unexpectedly mixed: suede, silk and some flea market findings meticulously kept in boxes knowing that soon or later they will be the must- haves of the Season. Old boarding school emblems from classic navy blue blazers uniforms to masculine ribbons blend with feminine touches of pearls and ruby red garnets.

The messenger necklace is soon to come.
